Question: There have been a lot of rapid changes this past year, from earthquakes to political unrest. What is the best way to handle these things?

Answer: One of the Eternal Laws of the Great Principle is: Everything is Vibration. It is a ubiquitous Law of the Universe from the scale of galaxies to the unfathomed minuteness of particles; everything is in constant movement - changing - and you are in the midst of those vibrations and constantly changing too. Knowing this Law can help you better assess conditions from an unemotional perspective.

Your mental attitude is of prime importance. Rather than feeling you are a victim of turmoil, remember that you are one with and part of this Law of Vibration, which will empower You to face change and change along with the conditions. You can recreate your life! Embrace change as it is a time for potential growth; dive into it with an open mind. Your mental attitude of doing your best and going with the flow - truly living in the moment - can help you use the opportunity to change for the better in some way. And, you also have the ability to contact and utilize Universal Life Energy, the first physical manifestation of the power of change, to aid you mentally and physically.

In the past few years all of us have had to face rapid, revolutionary changes in nature, as well as economically, socially and politically, both here in the USA and around the world. It will take some time before we truly see the outcome of these changes, none the less, it has been an amazing time! Life is interesting because you do not know what is coming around the corner. Indeed, it would be atrocious to be frozen in ice like Dante’s description of "hell" in the Divine Comedy. The Great Law, however, has promised continual unfoldment and change, so we always have potential for growth.

Look at the big picture and how others around you, in your community and the world, must also face rapid changes and adapt. Consider humanitarian work. You can volunteer to help those in need, or help raise awareness for reform in issues that are close to your heart. Be revolutionary in your ideals!

Sometimes we have no control over situations, yet we can face difficult times with strength, wisdom, courage and hope. Be grateful for the opportunity to change, knowing that it can be evolutionary, liberating and joyful!
